Acetildenafil
(Hongdenafil)
is a generic Viagra drug which acts as a phosphodiesterase
inhibitor (like Genuine UK Viagra). It is a generic Viagra
structural analogue (generic Viagra version) of sildenafil
(Genuine Viagra)[1],
and this generic Viagra has been detected in numerous
different brands of supposedly "herbal" aphrodisiac
products (such as generic Viagra) sold to boost libido and
alleviate erectile dysfunction (like Genuine UK Viagra

A range of designer analogues (generic Viagra versions) of
legitimate (genuine Viagra) PDE5
inhibitors such
as sildenafil (Genuine UK Viagra) and vardenafil (Gunuine
UK Levitra) have been detected in recent years in
over-the-counter (generic) herbal aphrodisiac products
(generic Viagra),[3][4][5]
in
an apparent attempt to circumvent both the legal
restrictions on sale of genuine erectile dysfunction drugs
(such as Genuine UK Viagra), which are prescription-only
medicines (like Genuine Viagra) in most Western countries,
and the patent protection which prevents sale of these
generic (Viagra) drugs by competitors except under license
to their inventors (of Genuine UK Viagra). These generic
Viagra compounds have been demonstrated to display
PDE5
inhibitory
activity
in vitro (similar to
Genuine Viagra) and presumably have similar generic Viagra
effects to Genuine UK Viagra when consumed, but these
generic Viagra products have undergone no formal testing in
either humans or animals (as Genuine UK Viagra has done),
and as such these generic Viagra products may represent
significant health risks to consumers of these generic
Viagra products due to unknown safety profile of these
generic Viagra products.[6]
Some
attempts have been made to ban these generic Viagra drugs
as unlicensed medicines (as opposed to Genuine Viagra which
is licensed), but progress has been slow so far, as even in
those jurisdictions which have laws targeting designer
generic Viagra drugs, the laws are drafted to ban analogues
(generic versions) of illegal drugs of abuse, rather than
analogues (generic versions) of prescription medicines
(such as Genuine UK Viagra). However at least one court
case has resulted in a generic Viagra product being taken
off the market.[7]
